Kidney stones and herbs

I have had two episodes of kidney stones, which were agonizingly painful. Is there any herb I can take to prevent them?

No, if you do not want to go through the pain crap again, avoid herbs. Herbs have some uses but they do diddly squat for kidney stones. Some people do claim that drinking green, brown, yellow, red or black tea may decrease risk of kidney stones, but this has never been proven clinically. There is nothing wrong in drinking tea and it is a good social beverage. However, be warned certain stones are formed from oxalate and some teas contain a high amount of oxalate.

The tea business has evolved into a major fraud with manufacturers claiming that it has medicinal properties-Bull Shit. If you believe this crap about tea, you deserved to be scammed.
